1. Who we are

Short Rasiya is a short-video app for local rasiya reels. It is operated by Rasiya Labs from Kota, Rajasthan, India.

If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the app or the website.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we collect:

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, username, profile photo, bio, and profile links.
• Content and activity: reels, captions, hashtags, comments, likes, saves, shares, and follows.
• Messages you send us, such as support emails, reports, and deletion requests.
• Usage data: reels you watch, searches, screens you open, and how you use notifications.
• Device data: device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and push notification tokens.
• Advertising data: when ads are shown, Google AdMob may collect an advertising ID and related device data under Google’s own policy.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

• Create and secure your account.
• Let you upload, watch, like, comment, save, share, search, and follow.
• Run private accounts, follow requests, and notifications.
• Review reports and apply our Terms, including content that falls outside the service.
• Show ads and measure basic ad performance.
• Fix crashes, understand how the app is used, and reply to support.
• Meet legal duties and protect users and the Service.

4. App permissions

The app asks for a device permission only when a feature needs it. You can refuse or turn it off later in your phone settings. Some features will not work without the related permission.

• Internet — to load the feed, upload reels, and keep your account in sync.
• Camera — when you take a profile photo.
• Photos and videos — when you pick a clip from your gallery or change your profile photo.
• Notifications — to send alerts you have turned on, such as likes, comments, and follows.

5. Content on the service

Short Rasiya is a service for local rasiya reels. Uploads are limited to original local rasiya performances and clips of that kind.

Film clips, music videos that are not local rasiya, general short videos, and any other material that is not a local rasiya reel fall outside the service.

The person who uploads a reel is responsible for that content, including its legality, the rights in it, and whether it belongs on the service. Rasiya Labs does not accept responsibility for content posted by users.

Where an upload falls outside the service, we may remove the reel, restrict features, suspend the account, or close it, with or without notice, as described in the Terms of Service.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in these cases:

• With other users, when you choose to post publicly: your profile, reels, comments, and profile links.
• With providers who host the app, store media, send notifications, measure crashes and usage, or show ads. They may use the data only to provide that service.
• With Google, through AdMob (ads and advertising ID), Firebase Analytics (usage), Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications).
• When the law requires it, or to protect users, our rights, or the Service.
• If the business is sold or reorganised, the new operator will still follow this policy or tell you about a change.

7. Ads and other services

The app is free. We show ads through Google AdMob so we can keep it running. AdMob may use your advertising ID to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your Android settings.

Links that users add to a profile, and links inside ads, go to other sites. Those sites have their own privacy rules. We do not control them.

8. How long we keep data

We keep information while your account is active and for as long as we need it to run the Service, handle reports, and meet legal duties.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable time, as described on our Data Deletion page. We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, or for security, fraud, or disputes. Copies in backups are removed when those backups expire.

9. Your choices

You can update your profile in the app. You can delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by following the Data Deletion page if you cannot open the app.

For a privacy request, email support@shortrasiya.io. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

10. Children

Short Rasiya is only for people who are 18 or older. It is not for children, and our ads are not directed at them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No app or website is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that it is.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

12. Where we process data

Rasiya Labs operates from India. If you use the Service from another country, your information may be processed in India and in countries where our providers, including Google, operate.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be on this page with a new date. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
