1. Who can use Short Rasiya
You must be 18 or older to use Short Rasiya. If you are under 18, do not create an account or use the Service.
You may not use the Service if the law bars you from doing so, or if we have suspended or closed your account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us at our support email if you think someone else is using it.
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date. Do not sell or share your account.
3. Scope of the service
Short Rasiya is provided for local rasiya reels. You may upload original local rasiya performances and clips of that kind.
Material outside that scope is not part of the service. This includes film clips, music videos that are not local rasiya, general short videos, and any upload that is not a local rasiya reel.
Where content falls outside the service
We may, with or without prior notice:
- Remove the reel.
- Suspend the account.
- Restrict features, or close the account permanently.
4. Responsibility for content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You are solely responsible for it, including the video, caption, hashtags, comments, and profile links.
Rasiya Labs and Short Rasiya do not review every upload before it is published. We do not endorse user content. We are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, copyright, quality, or for any loss or claim arising from it.
By posting, you confirm that you have the rights to publish the content, that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights, and that it is a local rasiya reel.
Once a reel is public, other people may view, share, or save it. We cannot control copies made outside the app.
5. Permission you give us
You keep ownership of your content. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, play, resize for delivery, and show that content so we can run, secure, and promote the Service.
This licence ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for copies we must keep for backups, law, or disputes, and copies other people already saved outside the Service.
6. What you must not do
You must not post or do any of the following:
- Anything illegal, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or misleading, including scams and impersonation.
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, illegal drugs, or hate.
- Sexually explicit content, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Content that copies someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy.
- Spam, fake accounts, bots, or fake likes, follows, or views.
- Malware, scraping, or attempts to break or bypass the Service.
- False or abusive reports.
7. What we may do
We may review reports, but we do not promise to find every violation. A decision not to act once does not stop us from acting later.
When we believe it is needed to enforce these Terms, follow the law, or protect people, we may remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or permanently ban it. We may do this with or without notice.
You can report a reel or a profile in the app. A report does not require us to remove the content or to explain every decision.
8. Ads and other sites
The app is free and may show ads through Google AdMob. Those ads follow Google’s rules. We are not responsible for the ads or for sites they open.
Profile links go to other sites or apps. You open them at your own risk.
9. Our name and software
Short Rasiya, the logo, and the app belong to Rasiya Labs or its licensors. You may not copy our branding or software without written permission.
If you believe something on the Service copies your work, email support@shortrasiya.io with enough detail for us to find it. We may remove it.
10. Closing an account
You may stop using the Service at any time. Delete your account from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or follow the Data Deletion page.
We may also suspend or close an account if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service.
After deletion we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not have to give you a copy of your content after it is deleted, except where the law says we must.
11. No guarantees
The Service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, that a reel will reach a certain audience, or that user content or ads will be accurate.
You use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for user content, for how others use a public reel, or for third-party ads and links, to the extent the law allows.
Where the law allows a limit, our total liability for claims about the Service will not exceed one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000). This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
You will cover claims against us that come from your content or from your breaking these Terms or the law.
12. Law
These Terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Rajasthan, India, will hear disputes, except where a consumer law gives you a different right.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version will be on this page with a new date. If you keep using the Service, you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
